All Wholesale and Distributor Sales are Final. Prices are subject to change without notice due to the nature of manufacturing and material costs fluctuations.
ORDERING INFORMATION
AgriTab Corporation is a U.S. manufacturer and supplier of fertilizer tablets, spikes, and polymer-coated fertilizer products. Our AgSafe products are available in both retail package sizes and growers bulk. These products are only available for wholesale purchase by Garden Centers, Nursery Retailers, Landscape Supply Dealers, Landscape Contractors, and Wholesale Growing Nurseries. We do not sell our products directly to the public, professional gardeners, and non-related retail businesses. We have several Wholesale Distributors that sell our products at wholesale prices to Nursery and Retail businesses. When purchasing, we require either a State Nursery License number, a State Landscape Contractor License number, a Garden Center Business Resale number, or a Landscape Supply Business Resale number.
AgriTab reserves the right to cancel any order.
ORDER HANDLING & PACKAGING CHARGE
There is a $10.00 Order Processing, Handling, and Packaging Charge for Every Order whether by Internet, Phone, or by Fax.
MINIMUM ORDER
Wholesale Orders: $100.00 per Order (Subtotal)
Distributor Orders: $500.00 per Order (Subtotal)
U.S.ORDERS - SHIPPING CHARGES
All Online Order Payments by Credit Card are Processed at the Time of Shipment - Not at the time when you place the Order.
Some Retail Case Product Prices include USPS Priority Shipping Charges. Large heavier Grower Bulk Product Items DO NOT INCLUDE LTL SHIPPING CHARGES. The product description page will indicate the phrase '(Price Does Not Include LTL Shipping Charges)'. Most of the Grower Bulk Products are used by professional growers in large quantities (over 300 lbs.) and are shipped by LTL Trucking. Place your online Grower Bulk Product order. When we receive your order, we will contact you on the Bestway Shipping Charges. Upon your approval, we will process your online credit card payment and ship your order.
CANADA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - SHIPPING CHARGES
Additional International Shipping Charges Apply to all Retail Case Items and Grower Bulk Products. Place your online order. Once we receive your order, we will contact you with the Bestway Shipping Charges. Upon your approval, we will process your order and online payment at the time of shipment. Most orders are shipped to a Customs Broker. There is an additional $10 Fee for Customs Export Documentation. There may be an additional fee for current Foreign Exchange rates.
U.S. DISTRIBUTOR ORDERS
LTL Shipping Charges Apply. Freight is Prepaid for U.S. Orders over $3000. Place your online order. Once we receive your order, we will contact you with the Bestway Shipping Charges. Upon your approval, we will process your order and online payment at the time of shipment. Please contact us at 1-801-969-6906 for additional information when placing an online order.
QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
Quantity discounts may be available if you order is a complete pallet (2000 lbs.) Contact Us' for details.
EARLY ORDER DISCOUNTS
Early Order Discounts (EOD) are available in our off-season (Oct.-Dec. 15th). Currently, the EOD ia 10%. At the time of your order 'Checkout', enter the EOD Code. If you do not have an EOD Code, please contact us.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
From time to time, it is unavoidable, when item stock shortages will occur. After receiving your order, and we notice the items you ordered are out-of-stock, we will contact you ASAP as to what you would like to do with your order. Your online order payment will not be processed until we contact you and receive your approval for order completion.
ORDER CANCELLATION
When cancelling an order, you must contact AgriTab Corporation immediately at 1-801-969-6906 before your order is processed for payment. Generally, your order payment is processed just prior to shipping, not when you order online. Order processing and shipping is within 4-6 hours after your online order is placed. Failure to contact us before actual order payment processing and shipping may result in a 15% restocking fee, a fee for shipping charges, and a fee for any credit card payment reversals.
PAYMENT TERMS & DELINQUENT ACOUNTS
Most online orders have prepayment terms by use of credit cards, checks, and money orders. Open accounts of Net 30/60 terms are available upon approval of credit. All accounts must be current before further order shipments can be made. There is a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annum) assessed in all amounts past due and forfeiture of any EOD. There is a $35.00 fee for any returned check payments. Any account that is more than 30 days deliquent will be subject to collections and the Buyer will be responsible for all collection and attorney fees. AgriTab Corporation reserves the right to change payment terms, policies, and conditions without written notice at any time.
