The product prices listed on this website are the Wholesale price. These online prices may be slightly different than our published Wholesale Products & Prices Catalog due to additional website charges. All Wholesale online and published Prices are subject to change without notice.
WHOLESALE BUSINESS PURCHASES ONLY
Our website is for Wholesale Businesses and Do not accept purchases from unrelated business customers and the public. Most website Retail item cases and small bulk bag products include Free Shipping. Grower Bulk Box products do not include shipping charges in the website price.
AgriTab Corporation is a U.S. manufacturer and supplier of fertilizer tablets, spikes, and polymer-coated fertilizer products. Many of our products are available on this website for purchase by Wholesalers and Distributors. Our products are ONLY Available for Wholesale Purchase by Garden Centers, Nursery Retailers, Landscape Supply Dealers, Landscape Businesses, Wholesale Growing Nurseries, and related product Distributors. We DO NOT SELL our products directly to the general public. If you are not one of the types of businesses mentioned, you can online purchase our products from our sister company - Gardenlink (www.gardenlink.com) or contact one of our many Wholesale Distributors (see our home page for a partial list). When purchasing on our website, you will be asked at time of 'Checkout' for a State Nursery Number or a State Business Resale number. ONLINE ORDERS CHECKED AND APPROVED BEFORE PROCESSING PAYMENT
Once an online order is submitted by the Customer through website 'Checkout' - AgriTab Corporation reviews the submitted order, offline, for accuracy and availability. We will contact you if we can give you an additional discount or savings on shipping charges. When the submitted online order is correct, we will process the order and credit card payment. In the event, that the submitted order is not correct; we will contact you by phone for corrections and obtain your authrization to continue order fulfilment and process the credit card payment at that time. Canada and International Orders may require more processing time for order approval. AgriTab Corporation reserves the right to cancel any order.
ORDER HANDLING & PACKAGING CHARGE
Currently, there is $7.50 Order Processing, Handling, and Packaging Charge for Each Online U.S. Order. This Handling and packaging order fee, also covers any discrepancies in merchant credit card fees. Canada and other international orders may be assessed with different Order Processing, Handling, and Packaging Charges - Please contact AgriTab Corporation for details and any questions.
MINIMUM ORDER for ONLINE PURCHASING
Currently, there is no Minimum Order Amount.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Please allow 2-3 days for order processing and 2-7 days for delivery of most in-stock items. In the event, that an item is out-of-stock - you will be notified by email or phone of the out-of-stock situation and the estimated delivery time. In the event, that an order is not delivered within 10 days - please contact us immediately for tracking and/or a remedy. Delays in order processing and delivery time DO NOT Qualify for an Order Cancellation unless verbally approved by AgriTab Corporation. U.S.ORDERS - SHIPPING CHARGES
Some prices for Retail Case Product items and Small Grower Bulk Product items may include Free Shipping Charges. The product description webpage will indicate the phrase 'FREE SHIPPING' for these items. Large heavier Grower Bulk Product Item Prices generally do not include Shipping Charges. Orders over 150 lbs. are generally shipped by LTL Trucking. If not sure of the bestway shipping; go ahead and place your online order. At he website Checkout option, select $0.00 shipping charges - when we receive your order, we will contact you on the Bestway Shipping Charges. Upon your approval, we will process your online credit card payment and ship your order. Some orders may require additional shipping charges.
If you have a Better Shipping Charge for this order amount, Select the option 'Buyers Account, We Will Call You for the Account Information $0.00'. We will contact you for the Shipper and Account Information Prior to Shipping Your Order. The Shipping Carrier will bill the Buyer (you) for shipping.
CANADA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - SHIPPING CHARGES
Additional Shipping Charges may apply to Canadian and International Orders. Procedure - Place your online order. Once we receive your order, we will contact you with the Bestway Shipping Charges. Upon your approval, we will process your order and online payment at the time of shipment. Most orders are shipped to a Customs Broker. There is an additional $10 Fee for Customs Export Documentation. There may be additional fees for special shipping and current Foreign Exchange rates. Please contact us for details and any questions.
U.S. DISTRIBUTOR ORDERS & SHIPMENTS
Currently, Freight is Prepaid for U.S. Orders over $3000. Procedure - Place your online order. Once we receive your order, we will contact you with the Bestway Shipping Charges. Upon your approval, we will process your order and online payment at the time of shipment. Please contact us for details and any questions.
Quantity discounts may be available and will be mentioned on the website product page. Procedure - Place your online order. At the website Checkout page, enter $0.00 shipping charges and place your order. Once we recieve your order, we will contact you concerning the quantitiy discounts. Upon your approval, we will process your order and online payment at the time of shipment. Please contact us for details and any questions.
EARLY ORDER DISCOUNTS
Early Order Discounts (EOD) 10% may be available in our off-season (Oct.-Dec.) for selected retail and small bulk bag products. Procedure - AgriTab Corporation will notify you of the current Coupon Code for the website Checkout page. If you do not have the current Coupon Code, please contact us.
AgriTab Corporation makes every attempt to have items in-stock and ready for purchase; however, out-of-stock situations may occur. In the event, that upon receiving an order, we notice the items you ordered are out-of-stock, we will contact you VERBALLY and IMMEDIATELY as to what you would like to do with your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for our notification. Your online order payment will not be processed until we contact you and receive your approval for order completion.
In the event, that damaged has occured during shipment of the customer's order - The Customer has the following IMMEDIATE RESPONSIBILITY:
1 - Customer must notify the Shipment Carrier of the damaged products,
2 - Customer must provide the Shipment Carrier all damage information paperwork and, if necessary, take a photograph of the damaged items.
3 - IMMEDIATELY and VERBALLY Notify AgriTab Corporation of damages. Notification by emails, texts, phone messages, etc. do not constitute a Valid Notification.
DO NOT Return Shipment to AgriTab Corporation without a verbal approval from AgriTab Corporation. AgriTab Corporation WILL NOT receive any return shipments without proper approval and a 'Return Authorization Number'.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In special situations and if the credit card payment for your order has not been processed, the customer's order can be cancelled upon AgriTab Corporation Approval. When cancelling an order, you must contact AgriTab Corporation immediately - A VERBAL APPROVAL FROM AGRITAB CORPORATION IS REQUIRED TO CANCEL ANY ORDER. Customer texting, notes, emails, letter writing, left phone messages, etc. - DO NOT CONSTITUTE A VALID NOTIFICATION.
CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS
CUSTOMER CHARGEBACKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Refunds are issued upon AgriTab Corporation Approval and are processed by a company check payment process within a 30 day period. In the event that the customer issues a credit card chargeback, without AgriTab Corporation VERBAL Approval, - then the CUSTOMER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RELATED CHARGEBACK AND MERCHANT FEES - including the current Merchant Chargeback fee of $15.00 (US) or $25.00 (International), related Merchant processing fees, related collection fees, and any attorney and legal collection fees. Please contact AgriTab Corporation VERBALLY for concerns or any questions.
NO RETURNS are permitted without AgriTab Corporation Approval. Please contact AgriTab Coporation VERBALLY for a Return Authorization Number (RAN), procedures, restocking fees, and any questions. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

OFFLINE ORDER PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD, CHECK, OR MONEY ORDER
In a few cases, the customer may want to place the order online and select the payment method to be handled offline. We accept U.S. issued credit cards, company checks, and money orders. Procedure - Place your online order and select the payment method of 'Offline' at time of website Checkout'. Upon receipt of your online order - AgriTab Corporation will verify your order for accuracy. Once AgriTab Corporation receives your payment, the order will be on-hold until the payment clears the bank before the order is fulfilled and shipped. When providing an offline payment - BE SURE TO PROVIDE A COPY OF YOUR ONLINE ORDER AND ORDER NUMBER with your payment information. AgriTab Corporaiton can NOT process orders without the order placed on the website.
