RETURNS & DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
RETURNS.
Generally, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the items for a prompt refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt. The orginal shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You may also be assessed a 15% re-stocking charge. All refund products must be returned in a resalable condition. All returns MUST BE APPROVED BY AGRITAB CORPORATION and MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Contact AgriTab Corporation at 1-801-969-6906 for Return Approval and the Authorization Number. Any Buyer Credit Card Chargebacks without AgriTab Corporation approval will be Reversed and the Buyer will be fully responsible for all Chargeback charges, collection fees, and associated attorney fees. AgriTab Corporation reserves the right to refuse any order shipment returns.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Upon delivery, please immediately notify the Carrier (USPS, UPS, LTL) and make note of the damaged packages on the Carriers shipping documents. Damaged claims must first be submitted directly to the carrier. After the Carrier has been notified, contact AgriTab Corporation at 1-801-969-6906 immediately for instructions. In the event, that immediate notification was not made to the Carrier and AgriTab Corporation, the return of the damaged products will not be approved.
